Required Setup

If you want us to host this workshop at your offices or a specific venue, we require a room that is equipped with a large screen display. Workshop attendees will be required to fill in a pre-workshop online questionnaire to capture your current AI priorities and pain points. We will send you this questionnaire at least two weeks in advance.

  • Introduction and Objectives - Welcome and introductions, personal AI aspirations and session goals.
  • Strategic value drivers and case studies  - Why AI matters now, deep dive into AI case-studies, discuss which examples resonate with your organisation.
  • Practical applications of AI - Applications of AI in functional roles such as marketing, operations, HR and finance. Discuss the top 2-3 high-impact use cases for your functional area or your organisation.
  • Responsible AI - Become familiar with the risks and limitations of AI, what is Responsible AI and how to apply responsible AI principles at work, impact of AI regulations, introduction to AI governance.
  • AI tools and technologies - Overview of AI tools and technology landscape, coupled with a live demonstration. Key considerations for tool or platform selection.
  • AI Strategy framework - We will go through our 4-step strategy framework covering dimensions such as vision and objectives, discovering AI and automation opportunities, AI readiness assessment, how to track and measure realised benefits and user adoption.
  • Developing an AI adoption plan - Develop your own adoption plan including a three-horizon roadmap of AI initiatives and supporting capability upgrades.
  • Q&A - Opportunity to ask questions related to the topics covered. We will also provide you with follow-up resources to support your adoption journey.

Training Outcomes

By the end of this half-day workshop, each participant will be able to:

  • Articulate the strategic value of AI - clearly explain how AI can drive cost reduction, revenue growth, and competitive advantage in your specific industry. Reference real-world case studies and benchmarks that resonate with your teams.
  • Identify high impact use cases - Map potential AI opportunities across functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance. Use a scoring framework to prioritise 2–3 pilot projects with the highest ROI potential.
  • Impelement Responsible AI practices within your organisation - Recognise and mitigate AI-related risks and regulatory compliance requirements. Define basic governance guardrails including roles and responsibilities, review processes, and metrics for tracking responsible AI practices.
  • Navigate the AI vendor landscape - Differentiate between AI chatbot platforms, low-code/no-code automation platforms, agentic platforms and AI-powered solutions. Know what to questions to ask technology vendors including their security certifications, their model performance, scaling plans, and TCO estimates.
  • Start working on your organisation's AI strategy - Draft a strategic AI vision statement aligned to your organisation's goals. Use a readiness assessment checklist (people, processes, data, technology) to uncover any gaps that might prevent you from adopting this powerful technology. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success (e.g., % time saved, % uplift in leads, cost savings per month) and user adoption.
  • Develop a preliminary adoption plan - Develop a phased roadmap that captures both high value AI initiatives and capability improvements required to support these initiatives. Incorporate your pilot launch criteria, portfolio rationalisation, resource allocation, and change-management milestones.
